OUR 2026 INSTRUCTOR

Computer Science major at Suffolk University
Jordan has considerable experience leading youth in STEM and in particular coding. She is known for cultivating a welcoming environment and we are super excited to have her join Edge on Science!
Jordan will adapt the curriculum to the skill levels and interests of the children she gets each week. There is never a one-size-fits-all approach. This is an important distinction because it keeps the robotics experience accessible and fun for all!
Here is what we’ll be doing!

Our son has attended Edge on Science for the last three years. He loves the hands on nature of the sessions, and has made great friends while learning lots of cool stuff. -Josh Hale, dad
We have had our son go here two summers in a row now. It is really wonderful. – Vail Fucci, mom
Great camp! My two girls have enjoyed numerous camps here. Each of my children is very different and the camp gave enough individual attention to the kids that they both thrived and asked to go back. John, the director, is wonderful and clearly cares a lot about the kids experiences. – Celeste Peterson, mom
The Hexapod and the curriculum have been developed based on contemporary industry standards. Your child will get to experience the engineering design process through analysis, design, construction, programming and testing. From surgical robotics to industrial applications there are exciting, good paying careers to be had to suit any field of interest! Hexapod Robotics is a great place to start.
Think of this as an innovation lab powered by your child’s curiosity. With individual guidance, they are the ones solving the challenges. This enables them to own the applied science and engineering behind what they do. Satisfying and fun!
