1. Summer Positions
   Lead Instructors who are:
   • at least 18 years old
   • educated and/or have work experience, in applied science and engineering, related to the program they would be leading
   • experience teaching and guiding youth
   • passionate about sharing your knowledge and experience
   
   Junior Counselors who are:
   • at least 16 years of age
   • love STEM and have experience working with youth.
2. Year-round Positions
   • currently there are not any open year-round positions

2. We do not require references straight away, however, it is a good idea to have three ready to go. One needs to be character related and the other work related. An academic or volunteer related reference is also accepted. No family members or friends please.
