Mr. Channan has over 30 years of management consulting and direct management experience with domestic and international organizations. He is the founder of myndwerx, a talent management consultancy focused on identifying, retaining, coaching and training top performers.

Auritte Cohen-Ross
Ms. Cohen is the founder of Celsius and Beyond, an award winning science enrichment program for youth in San Francisco. The program offers classes led by scientists, in all disciplines of science.

Ms. Cohen has spent 12 years in the high tech industry and served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a technical communications specialist. She is a Cum laude economics graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia.

Debra Koloms, M.D.
Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine
Electrical engineering degree

Dr. Koloms is Board Certified in Ophthalmology. She completed her ophthalmology at the prestigious Loyola/Hines University where she had the honor of being a representative to the Chicago Medical Society.

An avid rocketeer, Dr. Koloms serves on the Board of Directors for the Tripoli Rocketry Association, Inc., devoted to the advancement and operation of amateur high powered rocketry.

Mr. Weinman is the founder of Weinman Consulting, a results-driven firm with close to 30 years of finance-related experience. He serves independent business owners and companies of all sizes across multiple industries.
